Schedule a Class

Group Pilates Reformer classes are 55 minutes long and have as many as four people at one time. These classes are a full body workout focusing on breathing, core stability, strength, and flexibility. Pilates circuit classes are 55 minutes long and can have as many as seven people in them at one time. During a Pilates circuit class students move from station to station focusing on different body parts for a highly concentrated and intense total body workout.

Private sessions can either be a one half-hour or one hour long practice and will focus specifically on the needs of the client.

All Community classes are 55 minutes long and have up to six people at a time with the exception of lunch Pilates Reformer and lunch Pilates circuit which are 45 minutes long and have four and six spaces respectively.

All classes require a 12 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling otherwise that class will be forfeited and charged against your package. Walk-ins are welcome for a drop-in fee if there is available space.

RETURN POLICY

The Concrete Lotus does not do returns on packages or classes purchased. Once you have purchased a class or a package you are responsible for using those classes within the time allotted. We have allowed for 1 year after purchase date for all classes not labeled as a month long package. There are no exceptions for this rule. If circumstances arise, we will do our best to help you utilize the package you purchase by extending expiration dates, but we will not refund purchases.
