Here at The Concrete Lotus, we pride ourselves on making Pilates available to everyone. We strive to create a workout that is both challenging to all levels, as well as functional. We offer a non-competitive environment where all who come to practice can excel and reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. And if we’re really getting down to it, Pilates is just a lot of fun. Come on, the Reformers? How can those things not be fun? The Concrete Lotus is also committed to an eco-friendly environment. Pilates is an exercise that leaves a minimal footprint on the planet. Our Reformer machines are made from a durable wood that, if needed, can be repaired rather than replaced. And, although there is plenty of paid parking available in front of the studio and along side streets, we always encourage you to walk or ride your bike to our studio as another way to increase health, slow down your day, and reduce your own carbon footprint on the earth. |
